Valcier Labs Pty Ltd operates feasr.com.

2. What We Collect

Name and email address on account creation
Project data entered into the platform including property addresses
Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
Usage data including report generation history

3. How We Use It

To provide the Feasr service and generate reports
To send transactional emails including account confirmation and report notifications via Resend
To improve the platform and calibrate the rules engine using aggregated anonymised data

4. Who We Share It With

Stripe for payment processing
Supabase for data storage
Resend for email delivery
Australian government spatial APIs for data lookup — address coordinates only, no personal information shared

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored on Supabase servers hosted on AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney region).

6. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact info@feasr.com to exercise these rights.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of all personal data by emailing info@feasr.com.
